When purchasing, there's a $1.00 + 5% eDelivery fee. For card usage, a $3.00 fee will be deducted monthly starting on the 1st day after 12 consecutive months without card usage. The card never expires.

Where can I check my Mashup Hall Pass balance?

Simply enter your 16-digit card number above and click 'Check Balance'. You can find your card number on the front of your Mashup Hall Pass or in the email you received or on your printed card.

Can I use the same Mashup Hall Pass at multiple locations?

Yes! As long as there is a remaining balance, the card may be used at any participating Mashup Hall Pass location. Your card works across all participating businesses until the balance is depleted.

Will my Mashup Hall Pass work anywhere?

The card can only be used at participating Mashup Hall Pass businesses. It cannot be used with third-party delivery services like Grubhub or DoorDash. Visit our business directory to see all participating locations—more are added every day!

What do I do if my Mashup Hall Pass is declined?

Your card may be declined if: (1) you entered incorrect card information, (2) you have insufficient balance, (3) you're trying to use it at a non-participating business, or (4) you're attempting to use it with a third-party delivery service. Please verify your card details and ensure you're shopping at a participating Mashup Hall Pass location.

Will my payment automatically deduct from the card if I don't have enough to cover my entire balance?

Accepted Answer

No. If your purchase exceeds your card balance, you'll need to split the payment. The business will first charge your Mashup Hall Pass for the available balance, then you'll pay the remaining amount with another payment method (credit card, cash, etc.).

How is the digital Mashup Hall Pass redeemed?

Accepted Answer

Save your Mashup Hall Pass to your Apple- or Google-Wallet and simply tap-to-pay. You can also use the Yiftee app (available at the Apple App Store) to store your Yiftee cards and access current card balances. If you do not use Apple- or Google-Pay, merchants can redeem your card by manually entering your 16-digit card code into their POS or terminal system, just like entering a credit card number. The card CANNOT be swiped - it must be keyed in manually. Show your card code (from email or printout) to the cashier at checkout.

No, there are no plastic cards available. Your Mashup Hall Pass is digital-only and delivered via email. You can print it on paper if you prefer to have a physical copy to present at checkout.

Can refunds be provided to my Mashup Hall Pass?

Yes! Just as refunds would be applied to your credit card, they can also be applied back to your Mashup Hall Pass, increasing your available balance.

Unfortunately, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Treat your Mashup Hall Pass code like cash and keep it secure. We recommend saving the email/text with your card code in a safe place.
